1. How is the data collated?
The data is collated from a variety of sources both online and offline. The majority of the data is collated manually and is updated at least twice a year.
2. What format is the database
The database is in excel format and can be delivered electronically either in excel 97-2003 or excel 2007.
3. Is there a restriction on the use of the data?
No! Unlike the data that our competitors sell you may use the data forever without restriction. You may not sell it or lease it to anyone.
4. Why is the data so inexpensive?
We are a small Limited Company and are keep our labour costs to an acceptable level by employing English speaking workers in Countries where labour is that much cheaper.
5. How is the data delivered
The data is sent electronically via email within a few minutes after payment. For larger files you will receive a download link automatically on receipt of payment via paypal.
6. Can I really email thousands of businesses?
The addresses we sell are B2B addresses. As long as you adhere to the relevant legislation you may email without a problem. We provide an email marketing service for you with full reporting if you would like us to take the pain away from you!
7. How often is the database updated?
The database is updated at least twice a year, often more.
8. Who buys your data?
We have a vast range of clients ranging from sole proprietors through to large Corporations.
9. Am I able to sort the data?
Absolutely! Excel is a very flexible piece of software and you are able to sort the data in many ways.
10. Can I use the data to mail merge for sending out a marketing campaign?
Of Course! With a few clicks you can import all the addresses into a letter template, press one button and print letters to thousands of your potential customers.
11. How easy is it to send an email to all the contacts on the database?
Simple! We can send you a separate csv file in excel that can be imported directly into your email program.
